A year ago, I wouldn't have been caught dead in a little black, spaghetti strap tank top. I have always shied away from tops that show more skin or make me feel vulnerable. I mentioned in this post, how this summer was somehow different. I have embraced the weather, I have embraced the clothes, and for once, I have embraced my body. I'm dressing it how I want to, and that's a pretty big accomplishment. 

When I tried on this LBT at J.Crew (on sale and also comes in powder blue, so cute!) I kept asking myself where I would wear this top - then I reminded myself that I always have problems figuring out what to wear for date night! 

Whether it's a date night with the girls or your significant other, this tank is a perfect combination of flirty and sweet. Made of merino wool, I thought it may be too hot but I was wrong. The ultra lightweight layers make it easy to wear outside even in the scolding summer heat. Not to mention, it's incredibly soft and comfortable. Who doesn't love a tank that makes you feel pretty and hides those pesky love handles that we all like to forget we have?!
