I love the 4th of July - my parents always had fireworks, a backyard BBQ, and our closest friends over to celebrate the day. Many times, we would be camping or staying at a cabin on the lake and be boating or laying by the pool, it was always so much fun. This year, I was supposed to be in Hermosa Beach, a place I have frequented for the past four years in a row. However, with COVID-19 still looming and numbers growing, we are having an at-home shindig instead.

I love the festivity this year presents. I love the American flags hanging everywhere, the red, white & blue that everyone is wearing. The good fun in being outdoors with your closest friends eating delicious food. What do you have planned for the weekend holiday?
